POSTAGE & HANDLING
We try to dispatch orders within 2-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location (current situations may also have an impact).

Once dispatched we cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss which may occur, or for late deliveries.

If returning an item/s for any reason, we recommend you send via Registered Post. See Returns & Exchanges (below) for further information.

All postage is the financial responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as we can not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrectly entered delivery address.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to work together to find a solution.

- Full price items ONLY.

- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition.

- Contact us within 21 days of purchase.

- Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.

- We can not be held accountable for lost returns. Registered post is recommended.

- All shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

- Exchanges may be made depending on current stock at the time.

- Please understand that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

- Please be aware that there can be differences between the way colours and shades appear on screen as opposed to seeing it in person. We can not take responsibility for these discrepancies.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be done if item hasn't already been dispatched.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are quality checked before shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items for any damage or faults, and to contact us within 7 days via email.
